beauty, subscription box PampaHamper Subscription Box 10th March 2017

I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVE a bath.  And I mean a bath with bubbles, candles, bath bombs, smellies and anything that can send me into a meditative trance.  I also love a subscription box; mostly for the convenience, but also because you get full sized products for the fraction of the prize and it’s always exciting to see what you have inside!

So let me introduce you to the PampaHamper subscription box *queue confetti and party whistles*.  Of course they’re cruelty-free, vegan friendly and 100% hand made which I feel adds that little touch of TLC to their products and gives me the impression they’re a smaller, maybe new starter company.

Now I can into go LUSH or Superdrug, Boots or any other bath bomb selling company in store and online and spend at least £10-15 on 2, maybe 3 products.  So with this being a £10 monthly subscription, and their past boxes show me that they send at least 3 bomb style products, a scented candle and another bath product (eg. handmade soap, bath salts, scrub etc) each month, I think it’s a pretty sweet deal and a savvy way to stock up on your bath time treats.
When I signed up I was able to choose a free add-on, so I went for the buttercream and vanilla bomb which is the big purple one at the back.  But I think usually there would be an additional charge for future boxes if you want a little something extra in there.  But the subscription can be cancelled at any time, so you’re not tied in if you feel like you wanted to give it up.

All of these products smell AMAZING; my only irk is that it doesn’t come with an information card.  I always like one of those so I know what everything is and the ingredients used, is so it’s a bit of a mystery at the moment.  The yellow one smells pretty citrus-y, the blue one smells blueberry-ish and the white one smells like vanilla.. but this is just a guess with my nose as the leading informant. The candle is Lavender (obviously) and the salts seem to have a citrus peel of some sort in there, but again, this is purely guess work.

The packaging is really simple, recycled materials and comes with that lovely shredded papery stuff to protect everything during transit.  Everything is a generous size for the price you’re paying and I’m pretty happy with what I’ve received in my first box and cannot wait to try them out!  And the best part.. if I run out, no biggy!  I’ll have another delivery in 4 weeks time with something new, yey!
